Your operation runs on its own dedicated subdomain with full tenant data isolation. Data is encrypted in transit and stored in USA datacenters, and no other operation can access it. Sharing observations with other MTNFX operations is opt-in, per record.
How does onboarding work?
We configure your tenant with your terrain, zones, runs, and form customizations before your team logs in. Coming from ArcGIS, we import your avalanche program's history (routes, results, and terrain layers) so day one starts with your record intact.
Can we license just a few modules?
Yes. The platform is licensed per module. Start with the ones your season needs and add later; everything shares one operational record either way.
Does it work in the field without service?
MTNFX Go! for iPhone works offline: shot timing, GPS locations, signatures, and track recording all function without coverage and sync when you're back in range.
